It is imperative that these tiles are replaced effectively, and any breakages assessed and dealt with.

We make sure your roof is not disturbed and its integrity is not breached by the installation of eve protectors.

In recent years the company directors have seen half hearted and poorly installed tiles on properties which have caused either water penetration into the main house; or tiles slipping down into gutters as not being re-fastened sufficiently.

Here the customers were suffering from leaks and damp coming in from both front bay windows.

The windows were really old code 3 lead tops, which had over the years cracked and split allowing water penetration.

Roofline were contracted to replace the roofs with a durable Rubberoid felt membrane, new boards, and strip out all old timber guttering and rotten fascias and soffits.

After installing all fascias and soffits the guttering was finished off with new O GEE profile gutters, clips, unions and downpipes.

This bungalow underwent a fantastic transformation, shown here.

Here the customer needed replacement of their old leaking timber gutters running round this impressive detached property.

Facia boarding needed replacement due to rotten timbers, and the job was finished in new Upvc O GEE guttering.

Because of the amount of trees surrounding the property, the gutters were installed with full gutter guard leaf catchers to ensure blockages don’t occur.

This saves the customer constantly having to climb ladders to unblock guttering in winter time. the customer were delighted with the results.
